The Villa chef, pictured below, makes amazing meals. Fancy, fancy, fancy. Everything is locally grown, prepared, and raised. The cheese is so fantastic. The wine....well, I keep saying amazing. The dish above is a sample of squash blossoms. They eat these a lot. It is the flower on squash plants. Above is one they deep fried, like tempura. I hate tempura. But, I LOVED this one.
